Working area and Equipment
The first-priority lines of development for JSC “VSP-Mikron” are design and production chain of Schottky Diodes, Ultra Fast Diodes and Integrated Circuits.
The output of 23 000 wafers (including 18 000 4” wafers and 5 000 6” wafers) per month is provided with two manufacturing lines. The output increase to 30 000 wafers per month (including 20 000 4” wafers and 10 000 6” wafers) is planned in 2010-2011 years. The “VSP-Mikron” shop floors are clean rooms, with range of purity 10 000 – 3500m2, range of purity 1 000 - 980 m2, range of purity 100 - 400 m2, range of purity 10 – 320m2.
As stated above, in JSC “VSP-Mikron” there are two manufacturing lines – for 4” wafers and 6” wafers producing.
