The first-priority lines of development for SC “VSP-Mikron” are design and production chain of Schottky Diodes, Ultra Fast Diodes and Integrated Circuits.
The “VSP-Mikron” shop floors are clean rooms, with the range of purity 10 000 – 3500m2, the range of purity 1 000 - 980 m2, the range of purity 100 - 400 m2, the range of purity 10 – 320m2.
As stated above, in SC “VSP-Mikron” there are two manufacturing lines – for 4” wafers and 6” wafers producing.
