Schottky Diodes (dice on 4" and 6" wafers)   

SC “VSP-Mikron” designs and produces Shottky Diodes – dice in wafer form, which are used in the production of pulse power supplies, converters, in the circuits of batteries protection from of polarity change etc. Shottky Diodes are produced on EPI structures on planar technology with security rings and with various types of Shottky barrier.
