JSC «VSP-Mikron» developing and manufacture dice of the following classes of Integrated circuits: 

                    · voltage regulators; 

             · low dropout voltage regulators; 

             · operational amplifiers; 

             · differential comparator; 

             · puls-width-modulation controllers; 

             · DC-to-DC converter control circuits;  

             · low voltage audio power amplifier. 

Dice are being manufactured with the basic bipolar 20 and 40V technologies on the silicon epitaxial  structures with P-N junction.
